Cotton. TTS. I recommend sizing up for longer wear, and to accommodate clothing underneath jacket.
*** sizes 7-12 will not have as many ruffles. One SMALL ruffle on bottom as opposed to the frilly ruffles. Cute but a little better for older girls’ taste!
